Enhancements

• Implemented a validation rule to prevent the documentation of male clients under the following settings on the HTS Risk Stratification Form: ANC, L&D, and Postnatal Ward/Breastfeeding. 
• Enforced a validation rule on the HTS Risk Stratification Form to restrict selection of “MSM” under the Target Group field when the Setting is set to ANC, L&D, or Postnatal Ward/Breastfeeding, ensuring logical consistency based on client sex and service context. 
• Added a validation to ensure that the Visit Date cannot be earlier than the client’s Date of Birth on the Risk Stratification Form, promoting data accuracy. 
• Renamed the field “CD4 Count” to “CD4 Type” on the Result and Request Form for improved clarity and alignment with clinical terminology. 
• Updated the HTS Risk Stratification Form and Client Intake Form logic to automatically set the Pregnancy Status to “Pregnant” when the HTS Testing Setting is L&D (Labor & Delivery). This enhancement improves workflow efficiency and minimizes data entry errors.

Bug Fixes:

• Client Intake Form – Pregnancy Status Save Issue Resolved: Fixed an issue where updates to specific fields, such as Pregnancy Status, on the Client Intake Form were not being saved correctly. The system now accurately retains the most recent updates in the database, rather than reverting to previously saved values. 
• HTS Documentation for Newly Registered Clients: Resolved a system limitation that prevented HTS documentation for clients registered through the Patient Module. The “New HTS” tab is now fully accessible for such clients, enabling complete documentation regardless of the registration source.
