New Features: :

• Implement New Column “CAD Score” on the RADET Report and TB report.
• On the RADET and TB report, add a new column “Date of Additional TB Diagnostic Result using XRAY(for clients with negative lab results with CAD Score of 40 & above” that will populate with the “Chest X-Ray Reviewed Date” when the condition below is met - If “CAD Score” >= 40 and “TB Diagnosis Result” (TB Test Result) = Negative or MTB not detected, and additional clinical evaluation was done (Clinically Evaluated = yes), and “Chest Xray Reviewed by Radiologist” = Yes.
• On the RADET and TB report, add a new column “Additional TB Diagnosis Result using Chest Xray (for client with negative lab results with CAD score of 40 and above)” - that will populate with the “Chest X-Ray reviewed result” when the condition below is met - If “CAD Score” >= 40 and “TB Diagnosis Result” (TB Test Result) = Negative or MTB not detected, and “Additional Clinical Evaluation” was done (Clinically Evaluated = yes), and “Chest Xray Reviewed by Radiologist” = Yes.
