Enhancements:
1. HTS Report Enhancements: 

• Updated validation rules on the HTS Report to prevent the display of pregnancy and breastfeeding status for male clients, ensuring logical consistency in gender-specific data. 

2. PMTCT Maternal Cohort Report Update: 

• Introduced a new column titled “Date of First Visit” on the Maternal Cohort Report. This field now automatically populates from the “Date of Visit” field on the mother’s follow-up visit form, enhancing clinical tracking. 

3. PMTCT HTS Report Improvement: 

• Updated the PMTCT HTS Report to include pregnant female clients tested in the HTS module under the “Spoke Health Facility” setting, ensuring comprehensive data inclusion.

Bug Fixes:
1. PMTCT Maternal Cohort Report 

• Fixed the filtering logic to ensure that only records from the facility of the logged-in user are displayed during report generation. This addresses databases with multiple facility records setup. 
• Resolved an issue where the third PCR test result was not correctly displayed in its designated column. The result is now accurately mapped under the “Result of third DNA PCR test” field. 
• Fixed the issue of duplicate records appearing in the report. 
  2. PrEP Report 
• Added a new column to display the PrEP status for each client. 
• Corrected the display of pregnancy status, ensuring alignment with the clinical documentation. 

3. RADET report 

• Fixed the issue where the Pregnancy Status field appeared blank despite being documented in the EMR. 
• Reviewed and corrected the query logic for TB-related variables, ensuring accurate filtering and display for the 6-month (semi-annual) reporting period, specifically for: 
• Date of TB Screening 
• TB Status TB Screening Type 
• Resolved an issue where the “Date of Start of Current ART Refill” column was not being pulled for all clients, regardless of last regimen pickup. 
• Ensured correct output for: 
• Date of TPT Start (yyyy-mm-dd) 
• TPT Completion Date (yyyy-mm-dd) 
• TPT Completion Status 

4. EAC report 

• Fixed the issue preventing the Case Manager column from being populated. 

• Resolved duplication issues in the report. 
  5. PMTCT HTS Report 

• Updated the logic for the Result and Request form in the HTS module to ensure accurate display of: 

• Hepatitis B Test Result 

• Hepatitis C Test Result 

• If results are documented, the report displays either “Positive” or “Negative.” 

• If no results are entered, the following fields remain blank: 

• Hepatitis B Test Result 

• Hepatitis C Test Result 

• Date Tested for Hepatitis B 

• Date Tested for Hepatitis C 

7. HTS Index report 

• Fixed the issue preventing data captured on the PNS form from being reflected in the HTS Index Report.

New Features:

• TB Longitudinal Report Enhancement: Expanded the TB report from a previously cross-sectional format to a longitudinal format, enabling the tracking of individual patient data and outcomes over time. This supports improved monitoring and continuity of care. 
• Maternal Cohort Report Update: Introduced a new column titled “Date of First Visit”, which captures the initial visit date from the mother’s follow-up form, enhancing the completeness of the maternal care timeline.
