v0.3.0 : Scala WASM support!

Overview

The main addition is support for the Scala.js on WASM backend, using JS Promise Integration. Note however that due to a V8 bug, the implementation quickly runs into stack overflows on certain versions (notably Node.js 24 and 25). See #165 for details.
