手机端 UI 适配 v0.3.2 —— 首次公开发布。

  • 选项/计划审批卡片两行 footer：窄屏按钮不再被裁切
  • 卡片用满屏幕宽度、长文本断字
  • 完整适配：防溢出、侧栏覆盖、底部抽屉、弹窗居中、重叠自愈
