Four changes landed since v0.3.1 and none of them added an entry. The convention in this repo is that the feature PR writes its own entry under Unreleased, and the release commit then moves that block under a version heading. Covers the Dockerfile copy fix (lance-format#62), the Node 24 action bump (lance-format#60), the test gate on image publishing (lance-format#66), and the CI smoke test (lance-format#67).
