修复：安装/启动时自动部署 Windows App Runtime 1.6，避免弹出“需要 Windows App Runtime”对话框。

安装

1. 下载 AIExplorer-Setup-win-x64.zip（只需这一个压缩包）
2. 解压到任意目录
3. 双击解压后的 AIExplorer-Setup.exe 按向导安装

请不要直接运行 app\AIExplorer.App.exe；必须先走 Setup，否则会跳过附带的 Runtime 安装步骤。
