macOS files for v3.26.9 release have no extension #496

Description

@alexgreyhead-r

Hello, it's not immediately obvious how to install the 3.26.9 releases on macOS; the macOS files have no extension in this release:

Seems this is an executable file, but - with no extension - the user seems to be expected to just know how to install the file; lando update isn't able to self-update, it seems; could I request a short Readme/idiot's guide for dopes like myself in future releases, along the lines of...

# How to update the Lando core binary manually on macOS

If `lando update` reports "Cannot update, please update manually" for @lando/core,
you need to swap the binary in yourself. Replace <VERSION> and <FILE> below with the
version you're updating to and the filename you actually downloaded.

1. Download the correct binary for your Mac from the GitHub Releases page:
   - Apple Silicon: lando-macos-arm64
   - Intel: lando-macos-amd64 (or equivalent)

2. In Terminal, remove the Gatekeeper quarantine flag and make it executable

   xattr -d com.apple.quarantine ~/Downloads/<FILE>
   chmod +x ~/Downloads/<FILE>

3. Find where your current lando binary lives:

   which lando
   ls -la "$(which lando)"

If it's a symlink into a versioned directory like ~/.data/lando/v3.23.24/
install the new binary alongside it and repoint the symlink:

   mkdir -p ~/.data/lando/<VERSION>
   cp ~/Downloads/<FILE> ~/.data/lando/<VERSION>/lando
   chmod +x ~/.data/lando/<VERSION>/lando
   ln -sf ~/.data/lando/<VERSION>/lando "$(which lando)"

If `which lando` instead points directly at a plain file (not a symlink),
   overwrite that file directly instead.

4. Verify:

   lando version

... or similar?

Thank you :)
