Steps to reproduce

When I select Anthropic in the model provider settings and enter the API Key, an error message appears: Error code: 403 - {'error': {'type': 'forbidden', 'message': 'Request not allowed'}}. The model cannot be added normally. Background: The network I am on can access the Anthropic API, and I can access Anthropic Claude 3 normally using the same API Key in other ways.

I used Postman to test connecting to the Anthropic Claude 3 API on the same server and it was successful.
I also checked the environment variables in api/config.py and they are OK.
However, in Dify's model settings, adding Anthropic's API Key still results in a 403 error. Please refer to the screenshots, 1 is postman, 2 is config.py.
