Description

• bump pgvector-rs Python client from 0.1.x to 0.2.x
  • release note: https://github.com/tensorchord/pgvecto.rs-py/releases/tag/v0.2.0
  • install the pgvector-rs client with the sqlalchemy extra, ensuring sqlalchemy matches pgvector-rs requirements without bringing changes in locked version for sqlalchemy
  • adapt the minor DTO changes in usage
• run tests on pgvector-rs server on latest version 0.3.0
