🌐 Remote Branch Support

Create worktrees directly from remote branches without checking them out locally first! No more git fetch && git checkout dance.

In TUI:

• Remote branches shown with 🌐 globe icon in blue color
• Automatic local tracking branch creation
• Visual distinction: locals (✓), remotes (🌐)
• Info banner: "Remote branches (origin/*) are shown with globe icon"

# Automatically creates local tracking branch + worktree!

🤖 Claude Code Skill Installation

Install a comprehensive gren skill for Claude Code that enables natural language worktree management.

One command to install:

gren install-skill
# Installs to ~/.claude/skills/gren/

Then use natural language with Claude:

• "create a new worktree for feature-auth"
• "help me generate a post-create script"
• "delete the old feature worktree"

Claude automatically detects when you need gren and uses the skill!

• reference.md - Complete command reference (9.1 KB)

Technical Details

Remote Branch Implementation

• Added IsRemote field to BranchStatus struct
• Updated getAvailableBranchesForWorktree() to fetch both local and remote branches
• Smart filtering: removes remote branches that have local tracking (avoids duplicates)
• Automatic origin/ prefix stripping when creating worktree
• Visual styling with StatusRemoteStyle

Skill Installation System

• //go:embed skills/gren/* for embedding skill files
• SetSkillFS() initialization in main.go
• install-skill command with --force and --path flags
• File conflict detection with interactive prompts
• Preserves init workflow (still uses embedded gren_setup.md)
