2.3.0 - GUI Builder + Remote update

Major changes such as remote update capacity for panel users, when a new update comes out, you can build, and upload to the panel. Miners will detect the new version and update themselves with it! Note that this not an "auto update" for any tools, it is controlled by you alone.

The GUI builder made me crash out two or three times, however it should be very streamlined in setup and use, GUI is not my thing, don't ask for improvements visually. Powershell windows will flash, they're checking and installing dependencies. Read the code if you like, it's basically a wrapper for the build.ps1 file anyway.
