Fixes

• H5171 temperature read ~1.8× high (#173 follow-up). The H5171 WiFi thermo-hygrometer returns sensorTemperature already in the account's °F with no unit field, and the reading was converted a second time (71.06 raw showed as ~159 °F). The SKU joins the Fahrenheit-reporting list, so under the default Auto setting it now shows the real value. As with every model on that list, an account set to °C can pin API temperature unit → Celsius in the integration options.
