Fixed destructive segment-GC reference, revalidation, and replacement-race defects found during Phase 11.
Qualified Python 3.10–3.14 on Linux, macOS, and Windows, including native-extension lanes.
Replaced misleading Browser imagery with 19 genuine page captures; page 07 is the real CSV Interpole Monitor.
Corrected all 634 light-blue signature strips in the Programmer Core API PDF so labels no longer overlap preceding text.
Published the universal wheel and source distribution through PyPI trusted publishing with attestations.
