Staqtapp-TDS v3.5.3.post1

Corrective post-release for the public PyPI presentation of the qualified v3.5.3 implementation.

Corrected

• all 19 genuine TDS Browser pages now use absolute HTTPS image targets pinned to immutable tag v3.5.3;
• page 07 is the real CSV Interpole Monitor capture;
• the Japanese README, Programmer Core API Guide PDF, API Surface Reference PDF, Guaranteed Storage API reference, changelog, and license now use working absolute links;
• obsolete active tag-prohibition and pending-remote-gate wording is removed from package-facing documentation;
• the source archive includes immediate-root Phase 9, Phase 10, Phase 11, and corrective-release status records; and
• production smoke now verifies the live PyPI long description, every screenshot and document link, plus exact-version installation on Linux, macOS, and Windows.

The qualified storage behavior remains the v3.5.3 implementation. The post-release identity is 3.5.3.post1.
