Slingshot v0.2.12 makes clean-consumer package integrity a release invariant.

  • Verifies all 43 publishable packages from independently packed tarballs before release.
  • Repairs package dependency metadata, build outputs, runtime peer coverage, and root CLI/runtime boot behavior.
  • Aligns the Temporal SDK family and protobuf runtime for live Temporal adapter compatibility.
  • Stabilizes the Edge password stress gate under full-suite load.
  • Includes the Postgres notification default-field fix present on the tested release commit.

Validated with core hardening, Docker-backed E2E, coverage enforcement, docs CI, and clean packed-package imports.
