Highlights:

  • public entity backend capability profiles and the cross-backend conformance runner
  • public transaction scope, manager, lifecycle errors, and semantic step contracts
  • scoped entity and Drizzle adapters on one PostgreSQL client
  • preflight transaction topology validation, rollback-only handling, and deferred effects
  • fresh-database notification delivery fix

Phase 5 is intentionally not included and remains paused at the clean handoff point.

Validation:

  • protected-branch Entity Conformance, Docs & Dependency Rules, and Hardening Core checks passed
  • all 43 independently packed packages installed and imported successfully
  • full Bun and Node test suites passed
