Slingshot v3.1.0 completes WP5–WP8.

Highlights:

  • governed event versions, replay validation, and authenticated operator tooling
  • migration engine v2 planning, approval, locking, verification, and immutable ledgers
  • explicit tenant-boundary enforcement with optional PostgreSQL RLS support
  • generated maturity evidence and release-channel enforcement for all 44 public packages

The full release hardening suite passed, including Docker integration, E2E, 45 coverage suites, docs production build, and independent packed-package verification.
