This patch release removes cross-application blockers in the public Slingshot packages.

  • Decode generated PostgreSQL numeric fields as JavaScript numbers.
  • Preserve suspendedAt through the PostgreSQL authentication adapter and core contract.
  • Expose Reply.list on the public Community API.
  • Include owner and size in asset lifecycle event payloads.
  • Enforce exact versions for owned production dependencies across published packages.

All 44 public workspace packages receive patch versions because exact internal dependency ranges propagate the release through the package graph.
