New ways to sign in

• Sign in with GitHub — one click; your first sign-in creates your account.
• Sign in with an e-mail code — type your address, get a 6-digit code, no password to remember.
• One e-mail address is one account, whichever way you come in (Google, GitHub, e-mail code or password).
• A Help button on the sign-in screen explains each way and what to do when a code does not arrive.

Two-step sign-in with a passkey (optional)

• Like GitHub: after signing in, confirm with Windows Hello, Touch ID, Face ID or your phone.
• Turn it on in Settings → Privacy and security → Passkeys; save the ten recovery codes it shows you.
• Passkeys no longer sign you in on their own.

Local AI

• Assistant → Local AI has a Download Ollama button with the newest version — read its licence and terms, tick, and it downloads.

Policies

• The Terms and Privacy Policy now explain Google, GitHub and e-mail sign-in, two-step sign-in, and third-party downloads such as Ollama. You will be asked to accept them once.

Share BEEFFICE

• A new Share button at the top of the app makes a picture worth posting: the BEEFFICE mark, a line about the app and a real screenshot (dashboard, AI Studio, games or music) with a beeffice.com watermark.
• The link carries your invite: a friend who joins and uses BEEFFICE for a day earns you a 3-day voucher.
• Share to Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Threads, Telegram or Reddit, or save or copy the picture.
• New mission Share the BEEFFICE dashboard (40 points a week): Start opens the share sheet; post the picture and paste the link.

AI Studio

• Node inputs sit in their own rows under the title — no more overlapping "prompt / image / input" labels.
• Click a model to pick from a scrolling, searchable list: cloud models (your key) and models on your PC (Ollama, LM Studio) side by side, so both work in one pipeline. More image and video models (Imagen 4, Ideogram 3, Veo 3, Hailuo 02…).
• A toolbar to add, edit, duplicate, delete and arrange nodes, undo, and save, open, export or import graphs. A new Output node saves the result (text, table, picture, video or audio).
• Graph assistant: tell it what to build — it adds, wires, changes and arranges nodes for you, using the Assistant's model. Every change can be undone.

• Passkeys on app.beeffice.com (Windows Hello, Touch ID, Face ID, Android) and Google sign-in live on the web app.
• Invite a friend in Settings → You: vouchers for you and for them.

Games — the overlay, Game Bar style

• A cleaner overlay bar: bigger icons, no labels. Star the tools you want in Widgets.
• Snap saves a screenshot with the translation on it; Record saves a video with sound and the translation; Record sound keeps the audio only. Everything goes to Videos\BEEFFICE.
• Gallery: your snaps and recordings, with a player, in the overlay.
• YouTube and Spotify widgets (following, trending, favourites, movies, charts) and Discord in a small window over the game.

Support BEEFFICE

• A Donate page: WeScan (QR code / e-wallet) in Vietnam, Buy Me a Coffee (Visa / Mastercard / PayPal) everywhere else.
• Donations come back as extension vouchers — days you can add to any panel you would unlock with points. Press Select voucher in its unlock menu.
• Sales: when points prices drop, you see the old price struck out beside the new one.

News and travel

• Top stories banner in News: pictures, Follow a publisher, thumbs up or down.
• Train & Bus → View details opens the same trip in Google Maps, inside BEEFFICE.

Security

• The admin console now has its own sign-in with a private key, a firewall that blocks repeated failed sign-ins, and a tamper-evident log of every admin action.

Games

• Alt+O opens the overlay in any game — and gives it the mouse, so you no longer hold Alt to click Translate, Performance or the frames. Alt+O or Esc goes back to the game.
• Controllers: LB + RB + View (Xbox) opens it from any game; in the overlay the D-pad, A/B/X/Y and the sticks press buttons, toggle Translate and Performance, and move and resize frames. PlayStation pads: L1 + R1 + Create.
• CPU and GPU temperatures next to their load in the Performance panel (CPU through LibreHardwareMonitor).
• The trailer stops when you start a game.

AI

• Helsinki OPUS-MT is the free translator, always. Hy-MT2 and Qwen are free for a week from the first time you use them, with a countdown; then unlock 1 day, 3 days or a week with points.
• The assistant has Local AI and Cloud AI tabs: run Qwen3 on your PC (Ollama) or connect OpenRouter, Groq, Google Gemini and more with your key. Answers come with Go to buttons that open the right panel. Keys and models are shared with AI Studio and the translator.

Look

• Styles (Solid, Transparent, Landscape, Night sky), eight drawn landscapes, free pictures from Openverse with search, and effects — snow, stars, rain, bubbles, honey motes. Picture backgrounds work again.

Accounts

• Continue with Google — ready for when the project is configured.

• Prices in your currency — Trending, Prices, Markets, deals and offers also show an "≈" amount in your local currency, picked from your location or set in Settings → Language & region.
• Policies — Terms, Privacy, Points & Payouts, Content Rules and a Disclaimer, read and accepted once; always available from your profile menu → Policies.
• Treasury (admins) — books in any currency, recurring costs that post themselves, tax and running-cost reserves, payout batches with withholding and a bank transfer file.
