skip bookworm: yazi/ya binaries require GLIBC_2.39, bookworm ships 2.36

Smoke test failed with "version GLIBC_2.39 not found" for both yazi
and ya on bookworm - confirmed by reproducing the exact smoke-test
docker invocation locally. Same situation atuin already handles by
restricting debian_distributions to trixie/forky/sid.
