The build script [references ThreeTen](https://github.com/launchdarkly/api-client-java/blob/79aba792aa9d1a39161ff1b5ad7f1577f39a89c8/build.gradle#L54) which we've forbidden from our configurations. We simply exclude it, but it's also unused - so it can be deleted! Thanks!
