SysManager 1.120.0
[1.120.0] - 2026-10-06
Privacy & Telemetry can now list its switches by who they affect, and Tweaks Hub, which showed the same switches
under other names, is gone. "Just you" holds the ones that change only your account; "Everyone on this PC" holds the
ones that change Windows for every account and need administrator.
Changed
- Privacy & Telemetry takes in Tweaks Hub (#1517). The hub listed exactly the twelve switches this tab has and wrote
them through the same code, from another sidebar group and under other labels, so one switch could be seen in two
places that did not mention each other.- Show: By topic or By reach. By reach lists "Just you — 8 switches" (your own account, no administrator needed)
and then "Everyone on this PC" (Windows for every account, so administrator; still fully reversible). The topic
filter narrows both. These are the hub's "Essential" and "Advanced", named for what the split is. - The Apply button says how many changes it will make ("Apply 2 changes"), and each switch you moved says "changes
when you apply". - Searching the sidebar for "tweaks" or "tune windows" opens Privacy & Telemetry grouped by reach.
- Apply still takes the session's restore point before the first change, as the hub did.
- Show: By topic or By reach. By reach lists "Just you — 8 switches" (your own account, no administrator needed)
Removed
- The Tweaks Hub tab, its view, view model and service, its screenshot, and its option in the issue forms. Everything
it did, Privacy & Telemetry does: the same switches, the same restore point, and now the same grouping.

This build is not code-signed, so Windows will warn on first launch. That is
expected for a small independent app: see what the warning says and what to
click.
Code signing is planned through the SignPath Foundation,
which provides free certificates to open-source projects, with signing performed by
SignPath.io. Until then, the SHA256 above and the build
attestation below are what establish that a download is the genuine build.
Code signing policy
This release is not code-signed. The team roles, release-approval process and
privacy policy required by the SignPath Foundation programme
are documented in advance under Code signing
policy. That
documentation is a prerequisite for applying, not evidence of a certificate. The
attribution line naming SignPath as the signing provider will appear here once a
certificate is actually issued.
This program will not transfer any information to other networked systems unless
specifically requested by the user or the person installing or operating it. Full
privacy policy.
Verify where this binary came from
This exe was built by GitHub Actions from this public source, and the build is
recorded in the Sigstore public transparency log. With the
GitHub CLI:
gh attestation verify .\SysManager-v1.120.0.exe --repo laurentiu021/SystemManagerThat proves which commit and workflow produced this exact binary, something the
SHA256 file cannot show, since it is published alongside the exe it describes.
Each release also ships SysManager-v1.120.0.sbom.json, a CycloneDX inventory of
every dependency resolved for this build.
