When the PowerShell process doing a tab's work dies in the middle of it, the tab says so at once instead of staying
busy for a minute (#2637).

Fixed

• A tab no longer stays busy for a minute after the powershell.exe running its script dies. Ended from Task
  Manager or crashed, the process was only reported gone when Windows PowerShell gave up waiting for it, about a
  minute later, and until then the tab went on showing its work as running. SysManager now watches that process
  beside the script, so the tab reports the failure as soon as the process exits, and the next action starts a fresh
  one at once. A Cancel pressed before the process died still ends the run as cancelled. This had been so since
  1.56.2 when SysManager runs as administrator, and since 1.114.4 for every session, when all scripts moved into their
  own powershell.exe.

certificate is actually issued.

This program will not transfer any information to other networked systems unless
specifically requested by the user or the person installing or operating it. Full

Verify where this binary came from

This exe was built by GitHub Actions from this public source, and the build is
recorded in the Sigstore public transparency log. With the
GitHub CLI:

That proves which commit and workflow produced this exact binary, something the
SHA256 file cannot show, since it is published alongside the exe it describes.
Each release also ships SysManager-v1.128.7.sbom.json, a CycloneDX inventory of
every dependency resolved for this build.
