Added

  • File Lock Detector tab (Monitor). When you hit a "file is in use" error, enter or browse to the file/folder and see exactly which process is holding it — name, PID, type and start time — via the Windows Restart Manager (the same mechanism Explorer's own dialog uses). You can end a selected locking process (with confirmation) to release the file; critical system processes are protected. Detecting works as a standard user; ending a process owned by SYSTEM or another user needs admin (surfaced cleanly, never crashes). Marked PREVIEW while it's verified. Closes #333.
