• the webhook forwarder can now post application/x-www-form-urlencoded payloads.
  If you write this in your formatter:

event.forwarderopts["mode"] = "form"
event.payload = { "key": "value", "param": "value xy" }

then the POST request submits it as key=value&param=value%20xy and the right Content-Type. The default is still mode json, where the dict will be submitted as JSON with a Content-Type application/json.

• the formatter can overwrite/set the url used in the webhook forwarder.

event.forwarderopts["url"] = "https://somewhere"

• if a formatter class knows the method split_events and returns raw events as a list, then all of them will be individually formatted and submitted. (See datadup in the tests folder)
