Full modern Java and Angular overhaul plus the missing ecommerce flows.
Backend: Spring Boot 4.1 on Java 27, record DTOs with jakarta validation, problem+json on every error path, integer-VND money end to end, orders with an atomic conditional-update stock guard, HMAC-signed payment sessions with a mock gateway, coupons, wishlists, per-branch stock with nearest-branch haversine delivery fees, sales reports, virtual threads.
Frontend: Angular 22 standalone zoneless, signals and computed everywhere, reactive typed forms, guards, localStorage cart, admin console with 7 screens, pay gateway page, vi and en locales.
QA: 351 backend tests at 0.90 jacoco floor, 309 frontend tests, property suites, in-repo fuzz harness (350 requests, zero 5xx) and mutation harnesses (backend 192/192, frontend 93/93, zero survivors) as make gates, CI runs verify plus fuzz on every push. Full adversarial review with 30 routed findings in docs/qa/adversarial-report.md.
