update-all.ps1 became a native PowerShell 7 implementation with no bash dependency, a pure PowerShell script that directly updates the Windows package managers Scoop, winget, Chocolatey, npm, pnpm, yarn, gup, go, cargo, rustup, dotnet, pip, and poetry, and the separate update-all-windows.ps1 was consolidated into it. The up alias in .bash_aliases now calls pwsh.exe instead of powershell.exe on Windows Git Bash, with platform detection for MINGW and MSYS environments picking the correct update script, so Git Bash invokes update-all.ps1 through PowerShell 7.

Package manager detection fixes: winget is detected through the full path to its WindowsApps wrapper executable, $PSNativeCommandUseErrorActionPreference = $false stops native command stderr from raising false failures from $ErrorActionPreference while exit codes still work, and the Scoop update filters git lock errors out of bucket warnings. update-all-windows.Tests.ps1 was renamed to update-all.Tests.ps1 and the coverage report scripts reference the consolidated update-all.ps1.
