The Scoop Node.js package changed from nodejs-lts to nodejs across the Windows scripts: bootstrap/bootstrap.ps1 installs the new package, bootstrap/lib/common.ps1 handles the nodejs directory path, cleanup-scoop-path.ps1 excludes nodejs from its cleanup regex, cleanup-npm-trash.ps1 and update-all.sh follow the new npm module paths, and bootstrap/config/packages.yaml lists nodejs.

All test infrastructure was removed: the tests/ directory, coverage.json and other test artifacts, the .Tests.ps1 and .bats files, and the test helper scripts with their coverage tools. The tests polluted the User PATH registry with temporary test directories, and environment-specific testing adds minimal value to a personal dotfiles repository.
