Added tool usage guidance to CLAUDE.md: prefer native built-in tools (Read, Write, Edit, Glob, Grep, Bash, LSP, Task) over plugin-provided tools because they are faster and more reliable, and reach for plugin tools only when native tools lack the required capability.
