v5.3.6 - Core Features Enhancement

Moved the Core Features section to the top of the README and rebuilt it with counts verified from the code: 19 LSP servers, 30 Treesitter parsers, and 4 MCP servers. The section now lists Neovim 0.12 with the lazy.nvim plugin manager, the GPU-accelerated WezTerm terminal with IosevkaTerm Nerd Font, tested platforms Ubuntu 26.04 LTS and Windows 11 with PowerShell 7+, full vibecoding support with Claude Code and OpenCode, the Git pre-commit and commit-msg quality hooks plus the Claude Code PostToolUse hook, system instruction sync across repos, and the Rose Pine theme. Users can now see the tested platforms, included tools, and AI capabilities at a glance.
