Added a pip skip flag to the update scripts: --skip-pip in update-all.sh and -SkipPip in update-all.ps1 skip pip package updates to speed up update cycles when pip packages are stable. The README Bootstrap Options table gained an Update-All Options section documenting the flag.

Fixed pip updates on Windows by switching from pip install --upgrade pip to python -m pip install --upgrade pip for both the self-upgrade and package updates, the recommended method on Windows because it avoids pip launcher issues with multiple Python installations. The opencode update now uses the npm registry as the source of truth for version comparison, removes npm and bun installed versions before running the bash installer, and reads the version back from the installed binary path directly, because npm or bun copies in PATH shadowed the binary the installer had just placed at ~/.opencode/bin/opencode. The GitHub repo reference was corrected from opencode-ai/opencode to anomalyco/opencode, following the project's migration from sst/opencode.
