Windows opencode installation switched from the official bash installer to bun because that installer mishandles Windows paths when called from PowerShell (HOME variable confusion), while bun handles cross-platform path issues automatically. update-all.ps1 and bootstrap.ps1 now run bun install -g opencode-ai instead of curl|bash, and the complex HOME environment variable handling was simplified away. Linux and macOS keep the proven official installer.

The Update-AllPackages function in the PowerShell profile gained @args, so flags like -SkipPip pass through the up alias and up -SkipPip now works. deploy.ps1 reloads profile functions into the Global scope after deploying: PowerShell's scope model stops child scripts from modifying the parent scope, so the script redefines Update-AllPackages and the up alias globally and update-all.ps1 changes take effect without a shell restart. update-all.sh now reports --skip-pip in its completion summary, which shows "PIP (skipped by --skip-pip flag)" when the flag is used.
