BudgetBrain Installer 1.1.0

Version 1.1.0 fixes the following items:

• Improved clarity in Credit Card Payment scheduling. Using only two simplified options, 'Scheduled with Bank' to allow you to schedule the payment and supply the confirmation number, but not have the transaction enter your register until the actual date the payment was scheduled with your bank. The second remaining option is 'Link a manual transfer payment', where this option allows you to create a new credit card schedule for a card, and link it to previously entered manual credit payment transfers to align it with the new Credit Card Payment schedule
• Better aligns the 'Review and Enter' button for scheduled card payments with the rest of the other schedule types
