cpanel-cli 0.30

This release expands subaccount management with commands to create, edit, and delete subaccounts, change account passwords, and merge or unlink email, FTP, and Web Disk service accounts.

Additional improvements include:

  • Credential-safe diagnostic logging.
  • Stricter command and argument validation.
  • More reliable API and upload error handling.
  • Updated cPanel API documentation links.
  • Python 3.11 and 3.12 CI coverage.
  • Separate unit and live integration test suites.
  • Improved packaging checks and metadata.
  • Fixed Spanish documentation references.

Existing valid commands and aliases remain compatible; malformed prefix commands are now rejected.
