Tool for decrypting and encrypting JSON(s) files for Hill Climb Racing 2

Notes:

• Need python 3.8.3+
• Need Tkinter latest
• the header must be FNX else doesnt work.
• Doesn't work on latest hcr2 version json, only 1.33 and earlier.
