There are still instances of "fortplotlib" naming, get rid of it

We want unified "fortplot" branding. In cmake the ci build fails because of that. I Python i just want "import fortplot as plt" instead of "from fortplotlib import fortplot as plt". this will need some tweaking of pyproject or init files in python module. also we need to update user docs.
