Fixed — STRK-251: Summit false OOS from related-products carousel
Summit Metals prices restored to the retail matrix: Summit's product pages embed a related-products carousel between the buy box and the trimmable page tail; when any carousel product sells out, its "Sold out" badge false-flagged every Summit item OOS while prices kept extracting. The Summit vendor module now declares a positive buy-box marker ("In Stock, Ready to Ship") that suppresses the negative OOS patterns; genuinely sold-out pages drop the marker and still detect correctly (STRK-251).
