Summary

  • reuse or select an available local API port and open Web with the Windows cockpit
  • prevent duplicate Web submissions and extend cold backend readiness polling
  • bound active-project prewarming and terminate complete Windows ACP process trees
  • use gpt-5.6-sol with low effort while keeping greetings model-classified

Validation

  • targeted Python Manager, WebAPI, launcher, and ACP lifecycle tests
  • TUI argument and port-selection tests
  • Web API/command tests and production release build

Select or reuse an available API port, open the Web UI with the Windows cockpit, bound active-project prewarming, terminate ACP process trees, prevent duplicate Web submissions, and keep greeting classification on gpt-5.6-sol low.
