Add support for Vial

Tap dances aren't supported in Vial, so we need to remove them.
To do this, we define U_TD_* keycodes, which default to tap dances if
Vial is not enabled and revert to standard keycodes if Vial is enabled.
To change the keycodes in the miryoku_layer_alternatives.h, the
following command was executed:
