Standard Notes AIC 51.0.1 includes shared core 7.5.3, the PWA build and Chromium extension 0.11.3. Coordinated VS Code extension: 60.0.2.

Code previews no longer trap vertical document scrolling. Long code lines retain horizontal scrolling, and previews keep their full content height. This shared-core fix preserves Markdown, editing, Copy, local storage and Save/Undo ownership.

Local verification: 1,277 Standard Notes tests and 267 VS Code tests passed. Standard Notes formatting, lint, type checks, editor/PWA builds and Chromium packaging passed. The VS Code release gate passed core/portable parity, tests, desktop/Web builds, universal packaging and package checksum verification.

UI verification distinguishes the actual host from the test fixture: keyboard scrolling was checked in the VS Code Web iframe; wheel scrolling was checked in a direct page mounting the production editor. These checks do not claim native wheel input was verified inside the VS Code iframe.

Standard Notes release CI passed Linux and Windows checks and final package verification. Pages deployment and PWA packaging passed. The live Standard Notes manifest provides 51.0.1. Downloaded GitHub assets match their SHA-256 sidecars:

Distribution status checked October 2: GitHub packages are available. VS Marketplace 59.0.2 remains public; the 60.0.2 package is selected for upload and awaits CAPTCHA confirmation, so submission is not yet confirmed. Chrome 0.9.3 remains public with 0.11.1 pending review and new uploads disabled. The new PWA build passed checks, but deployment to aic.dzyha.com is blocked by Firebase reauthentication. The exact published 60.0.2 VSIX was installed and verified locally in code-server.

AIC 50.0.1

Mermaid previews now preserve each diagram's natural size inside a full-width canvas. Wide diagrams shrink to fit, long flowchart labels wrap, and height follows the entire drawing without internal scrolling. Loading/error views skip unnecessary layout measurements, and absolute-size SVGs retain their complete drawing when resized.

Standard Notes 50.0.1 and Chromium 0.11.2 use shared core 7.5.2, coordinated with AIC Notes 59.0.2.

All release workflows passed on Linux and Windows. Each platform passed 1,272 tests with 5 sibling-repository tests skipped, plus 17 built-resource checks. Local verification passed all 1,277 tests. Real-browser checks covered 320px mobile layouts, VS Code Web, PWA update activation, draft preservation and offline reopening. Published ZIP checksums were verified after download.

The attached Chromium ZIP supports manual installation in Chrome or Edge. Chrome Web Store currently publishes 0.9.3 while 0.11.1 remains under review; 0.11.2 has not been submitted. Edge store publication is not available for the current publisher workspace. GitHub package publication is separate from store approval.

Before updating an extension that contains data, wait for Note saved, export
an encrypted backup, and keep its password. Replace the files in the same folder
and select Reload on the existing extension card. Removing a populated
extension can remove its local data. This browser package is still undergoing
separate verification;
use synthetic data for now.

File verification and store status

Each archive or VSIX has a neighboring .sha256 file. On Linux, run
sha256sum -c FILE.sha256 in the download directory. On macOS, compare
shasum -a 256 FILE with the value in the checksum file. On Windows PowerShell,
use (Get-FileHash .\FILE -Algorithm SHA256).Hash.

AIC Notes
may show a different Marketplace version. The 57.1.2 update requires a successful
publication run. Automatic publication is prepared but awaits repository publishing
access; see the
bilingual publishing guide.
Marketplace installations follow VS Code's update settings; VSIX installations
can opt in through the extension's Auto Update setting. code-server uses

This release coordinates AIC Notes for VS Code 54.0.2, AIC for Standard
Notes 46.0.2, and the experimental Chrome/Edge extension 0.9.2 on shared
core 7.3.2. It fixes accordion layout and unsaved-state feedback.

1. Keep linked-code comments inside their details accordion, with compact headers
   and readable nested content.
2. Keep the editor background unchanged for unsaved drafts. The Save button pulses
   while changes need saving; reduced motion uses a static indicator. Only the
   host's acknowledgement marks a draft saved, and failures retain its changes.

These fixes retain ordinary Markdown and the existing save lifecycle. Product
and release documents ship in English and Ukrainian.

VS Code / code-server

1. Download AIC Notes 54.0.2 VSIX
   and its SHA-256 file.
2. In VS Code, open the Command Palette and run Extensions: Install from
   VSIX…. Select the downloaded file and reload the window. For code-server,
   run code-server --install-extension ./aic-notes-54.0.2.vsix --force.
3. Confirm that AIC Notes 54.0.2 appears in Extensions.

Before updating an extension that contains data, wait for Note saved, export
an encrypted backup, and keep its password. Replace the files in the same folder
and select Reload on the existing extension card. Removing a populated
extension can remove its local data. This browser package is still undergoing
separate verification;
use synthetic data for now.

File verification and store status

Each archive or VSIX has a neighboring .sha256 file. On Linux, run
sha256sum -c FILE.sha256 in the download directory. On macOS, compare
shasum -a 256 FILE with the value in the checksum file. On Windows PowerShell,

AIC Notes

This release coordinates AIC Notes for VS Code 53.0.1, AIC for Standard
Notes 45.0.1, and the experimental Chrome/Edge extension 0.9.1 on shared
core 7.3.1. It restores password generation on narrow screens.

Empty editable secret (*|) parts offer Generate password at every panel
width, regardless of their label. Options wrap to fit narrow screens. Generation
stays local, never overwrites filled values, and is unavailable in read-only notes.

Icon-only copy buttons briefly show a checkmark on success or a cross on failure,
with an accessible status announcement and a stable action name. Larger section
headings, distinct neutral group backgrounds and subtle alternating gray rows
make records easier to scan.

The fix is shared by Standard Notes, the browser extension, and the main VS Code
editor and Linked Note. The previous release’s readable wrapping and edit-exit
sorting remain available. Product and release documents ship in English and Ukrainian.

This release coordinates AIC Notes for VS Code 52.1.0, AIC for Standard
Notes 44.1.0, and the experimental Chrome/Edge extension 0.9.0 on shared

Labels, email addresses and logins use their natural width. A complete value moves
to the next line before its text wraps; only text wider than the full available
line breaks internally. Passwords use compact lock-only copy buttons, while
short card values and TOTP codes remain readable. The + menu follows the last
value, and subtle separators distinguish records. Touch controls retain 44 px
targets.

Leaving an AIC block's source edit, or switching the whole note from source to
preview, sorts rows by label within each section using natural, case-insensitive
order. Unlabelled rows remain in their original order at the end. Section order,
value order and exact authored values are preserved. Opening a preview, copying
and manual reordering do not trigger sorting.

The behavior is shared by Standard Notes, the browser extension, and the main

Назви, email та логіни займають природну ширину. Спочатку ціле значення
переходить на наступний рядок; текст переноситься всередині лише тоді, коли
не вміщується на повній доступній ширині. Пароль має компактну кнопку копіювання
із замком, а короткі дані картки й TOTP-коди залишаються читабельними. Меню +
йде після останнього значення, записи розділяють легкі лінії. Сенсорні кнопки
зберігають область натискання 44 px.

Після виходу з редагування джерела AIC-блоку або перемикання всієї нотатки з
джерела у прев’ю рядки кожної секції сортуються за назвою: без урахування регістру
та з природним порядком чисел. Рядки без назви зберігають свій порядок наприкінці.
Порядок секцій, порядок значень і точний текст значень не змінюються. Відкриття
прев’ю, копіювання й ручне переставлення не запускають сортування.

43.1.0 і експериментальне розширення Chrome/Edge 0.8.0 на shared core
7.2.0. Щільні credential rows стали читабельними на мобільних і вузьких
панелях: label займає лише обмежену ширину свого тексту, гнучкі values отримують
решту місця, а protected value має компактну copy-кнопку із замком і шістьма
крапками. Одне меню + додає Field, Row або Section після останнього значення.
Записи розділяє одна легка лінія без строкатого чергування фону. Однакова
поведінка входить до Standard Notes, browser extension і обох редакторів VS
Code. Product і release docs доступні англійською та українською та входять до
відповідних пакетів.

VS Code / code-server

1. Завантажте AIC Notes 51.1.0 VSIX
   і його SHA-256.
2. У VS Code відкрийте палітру команд і виконайте Extensions: Install from
   VSIX…, виберіть завантажений файл, потім перезавантажте вікно. Для
   code-server виконайте
   code-server --install-extension ./aic-notes-51.1.0.vsix --force.
3. У списку Extensions перевірте AIC Notes 51.1.0.

Сторінка випуску VS Code
містить VSIX та контрольну суму. Обліковий запис чи синхронізація зі Standard
Notes цьому локальному розширенню не потрібні.

Standard Notes

   маніфестом. Якщо версія лишилася старою, перезапустіть Standard Notes.

та його SHA-256.

Chrome / Microsoft Edge — експериментально

1. Завантажте спільний Chromium ZIP 0.8.0
   і його SHA-256.
2. Розпакуйте ZIP в окрему постійну папку. У її корені має бути manifest.json.
3. Відкрийте chrome://extensions або edge://extensions, увімкніть
   Developer mode, натисніть Load unpacked і виберіть розпаковану папку,
   а не ZIP. Закріпіть AIC на панелі та натисніть його значок.

Для оновлення заповненого розширення спочатку дочекайтеся Note saved,
експортуйте зашифровану резервну копію й збережіть пароль до неї. Замініть вміст
тієї самої папки новими файлами та натисніть Reload на наявній картці
розширення. Не видаляйте заповнене розширення перед оновленням: локальні дані
можуть зникнути. Цей браузерний пакет ще проходить
окремі перевірки;
поки що використовуйте синтетичні дані.

Перевірка файлів і статус магазинів

Файл .sha256 поруч із кожним архівом або VSIX містить очікувану контрольну
суму. У Linux виконайте sha256sum -c ФАЙЛ.sha256 з папки завантажень; у macOS
порівняйте результат shasum -a 256 ФАЙЛ із сумою у файлі; у Windows
PowerShell — (Get-FileHash .\ФАЙЛ -Algorithm SHA256).Hash.

Release overview — September 23, 2026

This release coordinates AIC Notes for VS Code 50.1.0, AIC for Standard
Notes 42.1.0, and the experimental Chrome/Edge extension 0.7.0. Mermaid
now follows the same simple workflow in all three editors: source code and a
live preview. The preview provides Copy, one shared Edit icon, and zoom
controls. The visual builder, drag-and-drop, and rotation have been removed.
Flowcharts no longer depend on internal SVG identifiers for editing. Changes
are made directly in Markdown; the preview refreshes while you edit, and the
editor keeps an explicit save boundary. Other Markdown content is not rewritten.
In VS Code, unpinning Linked Note immediately resumes following the active main
file without a window reload. First-party product and release documents are
available in English and Ukrainian and ship with their corresponding packages.
Tables, code fences, Mermaid, AIC/Properties cards and details now share one
Cut scissors action. It copies the complete Markdown block before removing
its exact source range as one undoable operation. Failed clipboard access,
source changes during the request and read-only mode cannot delete the block.

VS Code / code-server

1. Download AIC Notes 50.1.0 VSIX
   and its SHA-256 file.
2. In VS Code, open the Command Palette and run Extensions: Install from
   VSIX…. Select the downloaded file and reload the window. For code-server,
   run code-server --install-extension ./aic-notes-50.1.0.vsix --force.
3. Confirm that AIC Notes 50.1.0 appears in Extensions.

The VS Code release page
contains the VSIX and checksum. This local extension does not require an account
or Standard Notes synchronization.

Standard Notes

1. Open Preferences → Plugins → Install Custom Plugin.
2. Paste https://ldzyha.github.io/standard-notes-aic/ext.json.
3. Select AIC from the note editor menu. If AIC is already installed, you do
   not need to import it again: the client checks for updates through the same
   manifest. Restart Standard Notes if the previous version remains visible.

The desktop package is also available as AIC 42.1.0 ZIP
with its SHA-256 file.
The hosted manifest above is the normal installation method.

Chrome / Microsoft Edge — experimental

1. Download the shared Chromium ZIP 0.7.0
   and its SHA-256 file.
2. Extract the ZIP to a permanent folder. manifest.json must be at its root.
3. Open chrome://extensions or edge://extensions, enable Developer mode,
   select Load unpacked, and choose the extracted folder rather than the ZIP.
   Pin AIC to the toolbar and select its icon.

Before updating an extension that contains data, wait for Note saved, export
an encrypted backup, and keep its password. Replace the files in the same folder
and select Reload on the existing extension card. Removing a populated
extension can remove its local data. This browser package is still undergoing
separate verification;
use synthetic data for now.

File verification and store status

Each archive or VSIX has a neighboring .sha256 file. On Linux, run
sha256sum -c FILE.sha256 in the download directory. On macOS, compare
shasum -a 256 FILE with the value in the checksum file. On Windows PowerShell,
use (Get-FileHash .\FILE -Algorithm SHA256).Hash.

These are GitHub releases. Submission to VS Code Marketplace, Chrome Web
Store, and Microsoft Edge Add-ons is planned for later. Until then, install the
files and Standard Notes component using the methods above.

Цей випуск об’єднує AIC Notes для VS Code 50.1.0, AIC для Standard Notes
42.1.0 і експериментальне розширення Chrome/Edge 0.7.0. У всіх трьох
редакторах Mermaid тепер має простий потік: код і живе прев’ю. У прев’ю є
Копіювати, однакова іконка Редагувати та кнопки масштабу. Візуальний
конструктор, перетягування і поворот прибрані. Flowchart не залежить від
внутрішніх SVG-ідентифікаторів для редагування. Зміни набираються прямо у
Markdown; прев’ю оновлюється під час редагування, а збереження лишається явною
дією редактора. Інші Markdown-дані цього випуску не переписуються.
У VS Code розпінювання Linked Note одразу відновлює слідування за активним
головним файлом без перезавантаження вікна. Документація продукту й випуску
доступна англійською та українською і входить до відповідних пакетів.
Таблиці, code fences, Mermaid, AIC/Properties і details тепер мають одну спільну
кнопку Вирізати з іконкою ножиць. Вона копіює повний Markdown-блок перед
видаленням його exact source range як однієї undoable operation. Помилка доступу
до clipboard, зміна source під час запиту або read-only режим не видаляють блок.
