Window capture speed improvement

  • Pre-allocate GDI objects, DC and bitmap, for window capture
    to save 5-6 msec/frame and achieve 60fps at 1920x1080
  • Replace documentation pdf with Help MessageBox
  • Update with latest Spout SDK files 2.007.014

Unzip the distribution file below (SpoutCapture-v2004_18-06-24.zip) into any convenient folder and run SpoutCapture.exe from the “bin” folder. Refer to "Help > Documentation" for details.
