homepageを https://leafchat.app にし、keywordsを足した - README の冒頭に leafchat の説明と、npm・GitHub Marketplace・API の仕様書へのリンクを足した。API キーを発行する画面の場所を『ワークスペース』→『API キー』に直した（SECURITY.md も）
- leafchat の API の型を、今の仕様書から作り直した。コマンドと Action の動きは変わらない
