Add get_checkout_session
Add refund_payment_intent for refunding a payment intent directly
refund_charge now takes an optional table of additional parameters (eg. amount, reason)
Add test cases covering the new methods

The default HTTP provider is now lapis.http when running inside of nginx/OpenResty (previously lapis.nginx.http)
The default HTTP provider outside of nginx is now socket.http instead of ssl.https, letting LuaSocket handle HTTPS detection
