New lexers

• console: shell sessions. Lines starting with a $ prompt are highlighted as bash (including \ line continuations), every other line is styled as program output.
• etlua: etlua templates, HTML with embedded Lua inside <% %>, <%= %> and <%- %> tags.
• sql: replaces the vendored textadept SQL lexer. Full operator set, PostgreSQL keywords, $1 style parameters, function calls, and backtick quoted identifiers.

Lexer updates

• moonscript
  • String interpolation: #{} inside double quoted strings is highlighted as code, including nested strings and tables.
  • @@ class references are highlighted as self references.
  • nil, true and false are now constants instead of keywords.
  • LuaJIT LL/ULL integer suffixes are supported.
  • Removed the old MoonScript 0.3.1 standard library functions (p, extend, mixin, etc.) from the library list.
• nginx: rewritten. Directives are detected by position rather than a fixed word list, so any directive is highlighted. *_by_lua_block bodies are highlighted as Lua. Variables now cover ${var}, $1 regex captures, and ${{var}} from Lapis config templates, and etlua style <% %> template tags are supported.

Other changes

• highlight_to_html treats any token type ending in whitespace as whitespace, so lexers that embed one language in another (eg. lua_whitespace) don't produce extra spans.
• Fixed the rockspec source URL to use git+https://, since GitHub no longer supports git://.
