Premiere mutation verification

  • Fixes audio level writes by converting dB to Premiere amplitude values and verifying readback.
  • Uses Premiere Time objects for audio keyframes and verifies every keyframe write.
  • Verifies ripple-delete, razor, and transition postconditions so affected Premiere Pro 26.3 hosts no longer report false success.
  • Returns clear compatibility errors and documents structural-edit and transition workarounds.

Platform and performance improvements

  • Adds machine-readable Windows/macOS capability reporting and fail-closed authority enforcement across all tools.
  • Adds Windows/macOS CI coverage on Node 18 and 22.
  • Improves macOS CEP installation and diagnostics.
  • Reduces bridge polling and caches immutable server construction metadata.

Validation: 346 automated tests, TypeScript build, npm package dry-run, and all four Windows/macOS CI jobs passed.
