• Bar was hidden behind Filament v5's sidebar/header due to its higher z-index scale — bumped bar z-index from 20 to 40.
• Content padding selector updated from .fi-layout to .fi-body, which is the layout root class in Filament v5. Without this, the bar overlapped page content.

This is a patch on top of 1.3.0 for Filament v5 compatibility. No API changes.
