Fixed a bug in the MvvmApplication class: OnStartedAsAdditionalInstance was never called. Fixed another bug in the WindowNavigationService, which caused the application to crash when Application.Current is null (which can for example happen if the MVVM Framework is used in an Office plugin). Also added an installation script, which navigates the user to an installation website, where he is able to view the project documentation.
