…bring-up Extract freedom_slave/freedom_app/od_populator as the single shared slave core, compiled verbatim by the NuttX example and the KickOS consumer; only the SPI backend and the OPERATIONAL data source are per-platform. A per-session bind/validate latch fixes the OP<->SAFE_OP flap; app_run returns nonzero on a crash. The master example widens the bring-up link timeout for the LAN9252 SPI-PDI slave (task #15).
