Add multi-turn diagnostics logging ([HANDLE-MSG], [SSE-SUBSCRIBE], [IPC-RAW], [SYNC-*])
Fix sync cursor resolution: use getMsgId() (m.id || m.info.id) consistently across all paths
Clear lastSyncedMessageId on session change (!attach) to prevent stale cursor replay
Fix pre-prompt fallback and !sync cursor matching for info.id-only message payloads
